Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

For your convenience, ‘drop-off’ appointments are available. A ‘drop off’ means you could bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. Usually we will ask you to drop off’ sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is done, she will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and to give you discharge instructions.

Patient Arrival Policy

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are offering curbside care exclusively at this time. When you come to the clinic, call from your car to check in. If you do not reach a live receptionist, please try again. We are experiencing higher than normal call volume. We apologize for any inconvenience, however for the safety of our clients and staff, we cannot have any clients in our lobby until further notice.

One of our technicians will greet you at your vehicle, at which time we ask that you hand your pet to our technician outside of your car as they cannot reach into your car. We will also ask you to replace your leash with one of our red leashes to minimize contamination to our staff.

The doctor will call you to discuss your concerns, your pet and their medical treatment plan. We ask for your grace and your patience. We recognize that It does take longer to manage appointments this way, but we must we adhere to the social distancing guidelines and keep our staff healthy as well.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and personal checks. We also accept Care Credit.
