As a veterinary hospital, we must comply with state regulations. We’ve recently received an influx of questions around when we can welcome clients in person again, so here is an update:
We are bound by the recently updated guidelines established by the Oregon Department of Public Health, OSHA, and the Oregon Department of Food and Agriculture. They have specific rules established for veterinary practices on allowing in-office visits. Our lobby is currently open, however we will continue to require masks for all visitors. Curbside care will also remain an option for those who prefer it.
Again, we thank you for your continued support, kindness and patience!
What to expect
When You Arrive
When you arrive for your pet’s appointment, please feel free to enter the building wearing your mask. If you prefer curbside care, follow the directions on the sign in front of your parking space and call OR text us with your name, pet’s name, and parking spot number. Please come prepared to wear a mask.
Your Pet’s Appointment
When we are ready to see your pet, one of our staff members will escort you inside. We will examine your pet and take vitals, and then the doctor will meet with you to discuss any findings, recommend treatment or testing if necessary, and provide an estimate of costs.
We take your health and your pet’s health very seriously. The majority of our staff have been vaccinated, and in addition to wearing a mask at all times, we have strict protocols in place to sanitize each exam room between visits.
After The Appointment
If we need to follow up further we’ll give you a call, and of course you are welcome to contact us if you have any questions.
