Tina Johnson, DVM,CVA

Dr. Tina Johnson has been with our practice for over 17 years, working primarily with small animals. She received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State where she graduated with honors in the top 10% of her class. Dr. Johnson concentrates most of her energy and time on small animal medicine and surgery. She became a Certified Acupuncturist at her Alma Mater (Colorado State University) in 2006 and is spending more and more time practicing alternative and complementary medicine. Acupuncture works with the animal's own neurologic system to get results. Most of her acupuncture patients have some degree of arthritis and/or pain that acupuncture helps with.

In her off-duty time, Tina enjoys gardening, being outdoors, and spending time with her husband and 2 children.
